RETURNS 

Belangelique Store offers exchange or returns for store credit, items or cash less cost of delivery.

Please note that Belangelique Store offers a 3 day, return policy- you must notify us within 3 days of the receipt of the product. We will help you to reach a satisfactory resolution such as return for replacement or refund.

Items should be returned unused and unstained with all Belangelique tags/brand tags included. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer and/ or a refund refused.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

If you would like to replace a faulty item, instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware we can only replace it for the same product and same size, subject to availability.

If Items are faulty, we would attempt to replace, where item is not available you would be subject to a full refund.

Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund and we would arrange a for a pick up and drop off for orders within Lagos State.

All orders outside Lagos State should be returned to the store via DHL or GIG to a forwarding address sent by email or text and tracking information sent to us. Belangelique Store is not responsible for the cost of an exchange except in cases of faulty items.

You have 3 days from receiving your order to:

    • Inform Belangelique Store via Phone Call or Email about your request.
    • Book your dispatch
    • Send your purchase back to us

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving order for an exchange or refund. After the 3rd day, the item is considered final sale.

Sale items are FINAL and so not qualify for exchange or store credit.

All refunds are processed on the last working day of the week which is Friday.

Please email [email protected] if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags or are faulty.

Repeated returns– We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to closure of account
